Our mission is to leave a legacy for future generations and generate a positive impact on the artisans of El Salvador through the creation of jobs for women, many of whom are not able to incorporate themselves into the labour market because of family commitments in their homes.
By providing employees with the opportunity to work with flexible hours and fair wages, RENGIFO allows El Salvadorian women to respond to their family needs while generating an income. Each of our employees are provided with the technical skills needed to flourish as artisans, and are incorporated into an environment of empathy, charity, tolerance, and care.
