Galvez, founded in 2006, fuses contemporary craftsmanship with rich Costa Rican identity. Its mission is to preserve and transmit the history and tradition of Costa Rica through authentic designs.
Each collection they have created is a tribute to the elements that define them as Costa Rican, both inside and outside their borders. Its objective is to strengthen the bond between the new generations and the cultural wealth of the country, offering products that allow expressing love for Costa Rica at every moment of the day.
Galvez is proud to be able to contribute with female artisans heads of household with whom they have established productive chains, which not only ensures the excellent quality of each piece, but also, narrates the living history of Costa Rica and contributes to the financial strengthening of their families.
In Galvez, each creation is a testament to the diversity and cultural heritage that Costa Ricans share with the world. They are part of the collective of the San José area of the Costa Rican Tourism Institute and have the support of the “Costa Rica Artisan” certification, which guarantees the cultural authenticity of their products, the quality of design and implementation of good environmental practices throughout the production process.
