Art Feruz specializes in handcrafted miniature paintings featuring topics and images from the Great Silk Road. Other motives include portraits of famous scientists and travellers of the past.
The founder, Feruz Temurov, is an artist and painter from Bukhara, Uzbekistan. He creates traditional Uzbek hand-painted miniatures and teaches this art to the new generation. He uses watercolour, tempera, and acrylics to paint on old silk paper and Samarkand paper. He aims to delight the art lovers of today and those of future generations.
